Senior Human Resources Advisor

On-site FIFO Senior HR Advisor, ideally, with experience in mining, construction or manufacturing sectors.

One of our key clients is looking for a Senior HR Advisor with passion and drive to advance their HR careers.

This is a site-based role. The successful candidate would be based on site on a 4:3 roster.

The Role Includes:

• Partnering with and providing support, advice, and guidance to our leadership team on-site (600+ employees)
• End to end case management
• Embedding and facilitating cyclical activity
• The management and delivery of key People projects
• The interpretation of key policy and procedure

What Do you need? 

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Good experience as an HRBP or as a Human Advisor
• Experience in Mining, Construction or Manufacturing is beneficial
• Ability to work in remote locations autonomously
• Manual driver’s license
