Accountant (Short Term)

Are you an experienced Accountant seeking a short-term, flexible opportunity? Scotford Fennessy is proud to partner with our mining client to find a skilled Accountant to join their Finance team for a 3-month assignment, offering a  competitive hourly rate and flexible working from home options. 
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with internal reporting and analysis.
• Perform reconciliations and manage various accounting tasks.
• Adapt to a variety of smaller, ad-hoc duties as needed.

About You:

• Proficient in SAP with 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Exposure to large operations or mining is a plus but not required.
• A reliable professional committed to the assignment’s duration.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to the dynamic nature of a business closure environment.

What We Offer:

• Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days/week work from home.
• 38-hour workweek (Monday–Friday) with flexible start and finish times.
• Collaborative team environment, reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor.
