• Major project pipeline – complex, landmark structures, challenging scope of design, multidisciplinary projects up to $500M
• Strong established team, with strong leaders in the management fold to learn from
• Good mix of projects, don’t pigeon hole on one particular skill, like to build their Engineers with cross pollination of work
• Support from a Senior Associate as your mentor

Project scope

• Multidisciplinary hospital over $400M
• Educational projects –  new builds as well as greenfields/infil 2-3 stage developments
• 8-15 storey residential buildings as part of larger multidisciplinary projects
• Large commercial, mixed use, retail developments up to 15 stories

Role scope

• Looking for someone strong on client facing, who can also build, develop and mentor the younger engineers
• Looking for a technical engineer who can still get involved in the detailed design but this will not be the main focus
• Focus will be on managing multiple projects, client facing, leadership and project delivery

Ideally seeking;

• Degree Qualified Engineer with 12+ years local structural engineering experience in SEQ
• Experience running multiple projects with a team of engineers underneath you
• Strong technical proficiency, undertaking design works, with the ability to work independently and manage clients and younger staff.
• Aspiration to aid in business development, financials and bidding down the track
