Civil Manager – Regional NSW opportunity – Central Tablelands – Time for a Change?
- Leading national consultancy firm with a strong presence in NSW (Over 100 staff) and across the East Coast and Asia Pacific region.
- Take over a small team of 4 staff from the current Civil Manager who is retiring, there will be a 6 month handover period before he leaves.
- The role will be responsible for managing the existing team and projects within the office and to continue to build and grow this team.
- Work with high-profile tier 1 developers in the land development/subdiviosns sector – recently won a major project in this space.
- Scope of work – civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design.
- Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
- Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration
- Develop relationships with clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
- Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
- Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement

Requires;
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant Civil Engineering Degree and Chartered status
