Commercial Property Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Leederville. This full-time position involves overseeing the management of a varied portfolio of commercial properties. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property upkeep, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties, including tenant liaison, coordinating repairs and renovations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Proactively manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure timely rent collection.
• Provide support to office team members as needed.
• Occasionally conduct property inspections and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain properties to a high standard.
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance property value and optimize portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to drive business growth and development.

  
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, property operations, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in property management software 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or a related field (desirable).
