Finance Team Lead

A pivotal role, there is clear scope for you to make a real impact as the Finance Team Lead of this mining maintenance company based in the Southern Suburbs of Perth. As you would expect, day to day matters will include:

• Ensure detailed cost reports and supporting documentation are provided for invoiced jobs
• Promptly and efficiently follow up on all client queries
• Ensure timely issuance of invoices
• Monitor and maintain work in progress weekly
• Process payroll promptly to meet deadlines
• Maintain cash flow to meet business needs
• Oversee daily monitoring of the accounts email and ensure invoices are entered daily
• Ensure debtor and creditor accounts are managed within company-approved timeframes

As Team Leader

• Support team members to ensure all tasks are met
• Monitor team workload 
• Identify training needs and provide necessary support to staff
• Approve and manage annual leave to ensure business continuity
• Foster an inclusive and open team environment

About you

• Team Lead Experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP system knowledge
• Procurement software experience
