Finance Manager – Step Up Opportunity | $150k–$160k + Super

We’re looking for someone who’s been building toward this next step – maybe you’re a Senior Accountant, Management Accountant, or already managing small teams and ready for more. This is your chance to own the day-to-day financial operations and help shape the future of a thriving organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial transactional data
• Lead and develop a small finance team
• Manage month-end processes and reporting
• Deliver accurate management and financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analytics
• Oversee payroll and ensure financial accuracy and reconciliations
• Maintain business taxation compliance (BAS, PAYG etc.)
• Support budgeting, forecasting and the annual audit process
• Identify and implement improvements in finance policies, procedures, and controls

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5–10 years’ experience in a finance role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Proficient in Xero and other accounting software
• Confident working with confidential information
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in transport/logistics is a bonus but not essential
• Someone who’s keen to step up, lead and grow with the business
