Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and direct all incoming calls efficiently
- Manage the HR mailbox and respond to email inquiries
- Ad Hoc duties ie. office cleanliness and supplies
- Provide support to the HR Team
- Opportunity to be a part of their recruitment & onboarding processes
Desirable Qualifications:
- Administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
