Our client is seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team. This dynamic role requires a versatile individual with the opportunity to support their recruitment and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional prioritisation skills and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and direct all incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage the HR mailbox and respond to email inquiries
  • Ad Hoc duties ie. office cleanliness and supplies
  • Provide support to the HR Team 
  • Opportunity to be a part of their recruitment & onboarding processes

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Administration experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills:
