HR Advisor

Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations while providing HR guidance to employees and leaders. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with a strong HR generalist background, ideally in the mining or resources sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with EBA negotiations, including answering initial queries and meeting coordination
• Manage employee transfers, salary variations, and documentation
• Support employee relations matters, including performance and disciplinary issues
• Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Relations
• Previous EBA negotiation experience highly regarded
• Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role within the mining or heavy industry sector
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

This contract role offers variety and the opportunity to contribute to impactful HR projects. Occasional site travel may be required.
