Scotford Fennessy Recruitment has partnered with a mining client who is seeking an experienced Training or Learning and Development Administrator, ideally with SuccessFactors experience, SAP and/or INX InTuition. This is a temporary contract opportunity with a potential to became a permanent and full-time position for the right candidate! 
  
The Learning and Development Administrator provides high-quality administration support to the Training and Development team for Success Factors Learning Management enhancements.

Role Requirements

  • Processing training requests, including checking eligibility for training, seeking approvals from Supervisors and then Managers
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders in Pronto
  • Recording Learning History in SuccessFactors LMS
  • Uploading certificates in SuccessFactors LMS
  • Monthly Compliance Reporting on license expiries, curricula compliance, and mandatory / core role requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting of Statutory Compliance training for approved Appointed Statutory persons
  • Set up of training room and be the point of contact for third-party providers
  • Scheduling of training

Skills & Experience

  • Experience using Success Factors Learning Management System or another LMS
  • Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Able to effectively communicate professionally with a variety of behavioral and personality types
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets, work well under pressure, and respond well to changing demands
