About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting office, workshop, and project teams. This role offer a chance to contribute to exciting projects while working in supportive environments that prioritise career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups.
  • Organise and maintain records, files, and documents.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of project requirements.
  • Arrange medicals, training, inductions, and travel for staff.
  • Oversee staff rosters and ensure timesheets are accurate.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Handle communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Support procurement and workflow activities.

About You:

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in operations, office administration, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with mobilisation processes and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
