Scotford Fennessy is thrilled to connect with the next Operations Manager who will contribute to meaningful work across our disability services client’s operations throughout Perth
    
Position Purpose:

The Business Operations Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic direction and daily operations of a leading organisation in the healthcare sector. You will be ensuring the highest quality of care for participants, identifying areas for improvement and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to implement operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Main Tasks: 
 
1. Oversee the efficient allocation of resources to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality services, adhering to contractual arrangements and striving for the best possible outcomes for our participants.

2. Ensure daily operations run seamlessly, prioritising efficiency, safety, and the delivery of top-notch support to our participants.

4. Lead and monitor the organization’s plan for continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance service quality and participant satisfaction:
 
5. Work closely with NDIS participants and their families to assess their needs, oversee development of support plans and ensure Essential services meet all requirements. You will also address participant concerns and provide guidance on all process and systems to meet delivery of quality service.

6.     Compliance and Reporting:
·         Ensure that all Essential Nursing operations comply with NDIS regulations and guidelines.
·         Lead the compliance department to ensure effective outcomes regarding Essential’s compliance to regulations
·         Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government authorities and other key stakeholders.
·         Stay up to date with changes in NDIS policies and procedures.

7. Coordinate and lead regular meetings with staff, residents, and relatives, fostering open communication and collaboration. Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, advocacy groups and community organisations. 

8. Oversee the collection and management of participant data and records in compliance with privacy and data protection regulations, using data analytics to track and analyse service outcomes and participant satisfaction

9. Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, address any performance gaps, and collaborate with HR to initiate improvement plans.
      
About you: 

  • Previous Experience as an Operations Manager in the healthcare sector. 
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, manage and develop teams. 
  • Understanding of NDIS guidelines, compliance requirements and quality standards (ideal)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive operational improvements
  • Experience in overseeing data collection, analysis and reporting in a regulated environment. 
  • Ability to travel across Perth and manage operations across various locations efficiently
