We are seeking a bright and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills to join our client as a front desk Part-time receptionist.
Duties
- General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones and accepting multiple deliveries per day.
- Setting up rooms and meetings.
- Ordering catering for board meetings.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets.
Skills
- Corporate reception experience.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Good at multitasking and prioritising tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
