We are seeking a bright and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills to join our client as a front desk receptionist.

Duties

  • General reception duties: greeting visitors, answering phones and accepting multiple deliveries per day. 
  • Setting up rooms and meetings. 
  • Ordering catering for board meetings.
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets.

Skills 

  • Corporate reception experience. 
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Good at multitasking and prioritising tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Good written and verbal skills. 
  • Pronto skills (desirable).
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
