Recruitment Advisor

Seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor with a proven track record in white-collar technical recruitment and knowledge of graduate hiring to join this busy talent team. This is a 6-month casual contract with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the mining sector.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong expertise in recruiting white-collar technical roles, ideally in the mining or related industries
• Ideally you will also have exposure to recruiting blue collar mining positions
• Experience managing graduate recruitment programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
