Recruitment Coordinator

Are you a highly organised team player who enjoys supporting a small team and can build relationships both in the office and remotely? This Blue Collar Recruitment Coordinator position is a crucial part of the team and requires someone who can start immediately.

What you will be doing…

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for site based roles, including, screening applications, short listing and coordinating interviews.
• Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinating pre employment checks, medicals, references etc
• Providing administrative support to the wider team, ensuring compliance.

Experience required…

• Previous experience in recruitment, within the mining or heavy industry sector.
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for blue-collar roles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
