Sales & Leasing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales & Liaising Coordinator to join our dynamic property team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will play a key part in supporting sales and leasing operations, managing documentation, and coordinating day-to-day activities across the business.
Based full-time at our head office in Northern suburb, you will work closely with the Director and liaise with agents, tenants and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of property transactions.
This position is vital in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the success of our property portfolio, with every day bringing new opportunities to grow, learn and make a difference.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Provide high-level support to the Director and broader team by anticipating needs and managing varied tasks.
- Prepare and manage Authorities to Sell or Lease and all relevant sales/leasing documentation.
- Draft, send, and track Offers to Lease/Sale Contracts and associated documents.
- Review and ensure accuracy in contracts and authorities prior to execution.
- Oversee the marketing process including property listing publication and advertisement coordination.
- Maintain key operational registers (e.g., key register, document tracking, mail register).
- Coordinate and confirm property inspections between agents and tenants/occupants.
- Organise and facilitate regular sales and leasing meetings.
- Generate invoices for marketing costs and monitor expenditure against budget.
- Calculate and manage collection of deposits and commission payments for both sales and leasing.
About you:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident with documentation and basic contract reviews
- Comfortable working in a role that requires both initiative and precision
- Prior experience in real estate, property development, or a similar field is highly desirable.
