Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Senior Finance Manager to join our team for a 2-month contract. The successful candidate will take charge of the full finance function, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the Group CFO. This position is ideal for a finance professional with a strong accounting background who can immediately contribute and excel in a dynamic environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the general ledger to ensure timely, precise, and reliable entries.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance insights to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CPA certification is essential.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years in a senior finance role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in accounting ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to accuracy and detail in all financial operations.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
