Join Our Team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in HSEQT!
Are you experienced in recruiting for Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Training roles? Or are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level in a growing industry? We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in sourcing top-tier talent for key HSEQT positions. You’ll be working closely with leading clients across the mining, construction, and resources sectors.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with clients across mining, construction, and industrial sectors to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored talent solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring quality service and timely delivery.
• Develop and grow business by marketing your candidates, identifying new opportunities, and expanding existing client relationships within the HSEQT space.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and requirements, ensuring you’re a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in recruitment, ideally within HSEQT, mining, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of HSEQT roles and the critical skills required for success in these positions.
• A business development mindset, with a focus on building relationships and expanding networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and candidates alike.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
