• Major project pipeline – complex, landmark structures, challenging scope of design, multidisciplinary
• All projects are medium to large scale in the built environment sector- ranging from commercial, healthcare/hospitals, institutional, educational, industrial, mixed use to high rise towers
• Strong established team, with strong leaders in the management fold to learn from
• Will suit a technically astute Senior Engineer looking to step up their client facing and project management capability whilst maintaining technical prowess
• Run multiple projects with a team of engineers underneath you
• Support from an Associate/Project Director as your mentor

Ideally seeking;

• Degree Qualified Engineer with 8+ years local structural engineering experience
• Experience running multiple projects with a team of engineers underneath you
• Strong technical proficiency, undertaking design works, with the ability to work independently and manage clients and younger staff.
• Aspiration to aid in business development, financials and bidding down the track
