The Opportunity
This role is perfect for a Senior to Principal Consultant with a strong background in agency recruitment. You’ll have the flexibility to either bring your expertise in Corporate Support recruitment or build a desk in this space. This is a billing role where you’ll also provide guidance and support to the team, working closely with the Divisional Manager to drive growth and success.

About You
- Experience as an agency recruitment consultant, ideally in Corporate Support or a related sector.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine desire to deliver excellent results for clients and candidates.
- Ambition to grow within a supportive leadership role while maintaining high performance as a consultant.
