Shift Boss

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is currently looking for experienced Underground Shift Supervisors for a number of our industry leading clients. These positions are offered on both contract or permanent basis.

In some cases, mining operators who have recently gained their WA shift supervisors certificate and are looking to take the next step in their career will also be considered. 

All positions are FIFO Ex. Perth. All candidates must be residing in WA. 8/6, 7/7 or 2/2 rosters are available. Attractive remuneration packages are on offer. All sites have camp-based accommodation. 

To be considered for any of these positions, you must have the following:

• WA Underground Shift Boss certificate of competency
• Current National Police Clearance (with 6 months)
• Dangerous Goods Card
• Recent Operating Experience
• Ability to safely and efficiently achieve shift targets
• Strong interpersonal & management skills
• Good communication skills
• A dedicated commitment to safety
