Scotford Fennessy is seeking an experienced FIFO Site Administrator with strong skills in mobilisation, health & safety and travel logistics for our tier client in the resources sector. Join a team who focuses on the growth and development of their members whilst also creating a safe, inclusive working environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate mobilisation for employees and contractors
- Organise flights, accommodation and PPE for new starters.
- Assist with the roster management
- Reporting via SAP system
- Monitoring stock take of PPE
- Raising of purchase requestions
- Provide general site administration support.
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Administrator.
- Current C class driver’s license.
- Efficiency using SAP and INX systems.
- High efficiency using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience coordinating travel bookings.
- Excellent organisation skills
