Scotford Fennessy is seeking a detail-oriented FIFO site administrator with a knack for coordination and travel logistics. Join our client’s dynamic team, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for a prominent mining company.

This position offers a great opportunity to showcase your expertise in managing personnel mobilisation while working within a collaborative team environment.
  
Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate site travel, onboarding, and mobilisation for employees and contractors
  • Create and manage rosters, including DIDO travel logistics
  • Prepare and update flight and bus manifests
  • Organise charter flights and support site travel for Perth office visitors
  • Liaise with village administration to resolve room and maintenance issues
  • Provide general site administration support, including procurement and record maintenance

Required skills and experience:

  • Current C class driver’s license.
  • Efficiency using INX InFlight program
  • High efficiency using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong administration background
  • Ability to meet deadlines and timeframes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly manner in supporting employees, contractors, and visitors at all levels
