Transport Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take charge of daily transport dispatch, ensuring smooth operations and maximising fleet efficiency.
• Coordinate rosters, load plans, and all operational elements to hit key delivery targets.
• Monitor and drive staff performance to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
• Handle all data entry into SAP, including payroll and billing, with precision.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to support operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to WH&S policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and a natural problem-solver. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in transport coordination or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of logistics, load management, and safety compliance.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong Excel and SAP experience. 
• The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
