Transport Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Transport Coordinator to manage daily operations within the EV fleet department. You will play a key role in optimising transport schedules, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency while supporting a greener future in logistics. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily transport operations for a high-performing EV division operating in the Perth Metro Area.
• Optimize delivery routes and driver schedules using advanced Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Oversee national linehaul operations and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and stakeholders to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor efficiency, including charging schedules, to maximize utilization.
• Solve real-time operational challenges with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for scheduling and tracking purposes.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in transport coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Perth metro area and national linehaul operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for sustainable transport and EV technology (specific EV experience is not required, but a passion for the sector is highly valued).
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
