Scotford Fennessy Recruitment has partnered with a leading resource client seeking experienced Administrators to join their team. We’re looking for individuals with proven administration experience, ideally with exposure to travel, mobilisation, or training. While experience with SAP and/or INX is desirable, it’s not essential.
In these roles, you’ll be providing crucial administrative support to the team, including managing data entry, monitoring inbox inquiries, and handling other administrative tasks as needed
Role Requirements
- Books flights, accommodation, hotel and vehicle hire for personnel, as requested
- Serves as a general resource and point of contact for all travel related issues and concerns
- Reconciles the Travel Departments invoices and purchase orders for Accounts Payable
- Allocates all remote travel kits to personnel and ensures all necessary documents and data entry is captured correctly
- Effectively manages the administration of relevant equipment assigned to individual remote
travel kits and actively maintains audits on this equipment
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- High level of computer literacy
- Amazing attention to detail skills
- Understanding of the Travel Management process
