Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator | Position Available

One of our Mining Resources Clients is looking for an experienced Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator. Apply now!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Maintain central database for employee’s and contract personnel roster movements, travel and accommodation requirements.
• Site champion for travel and roster management system.
• Work with site and contract teams to collate roster and travel requirements to forecast future flight and accommodation demand.
• Finalisation of flight bookings and manifests.
• Organise accommodation bookings.
• Point of contact for flight and accommodation providers.
• Point of contract for personnel and contractor travel bookings.
• Assist with system onboarding of new employee’s and contract starters.
• Report on site travel and accommodation data.
• Review of travel and accommodation invoices.
• Organisation of site bus transfers.

Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with travel management and booking processes.
• Experience in administrative roles and mobilisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with operational stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Good computer literacy with high level on Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Capable team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration approach to work.
